Notice
Last updated: 4 November 2026
In short
plagio.dev is an API and an MCP server. We keep what we need to run it and bill for it: your email and subscription, your API key as a hash, and a log of your requests. We don't run analytics on this website and we don't sell data.
When you capture a page
You send us the address of a public page. Our servers open it in a browser and return what they measured. Captures are cached and may answer other customers asking for the same page, so don't send us addresses that contain anything private.
What we store about you
- Account: your email, Stripe customer and subscription ids, plan and usage.
- API key: a hash. The key itself is shown to you once and then deleted.
- Request logs: the address captured, what was asked for, the result and timing, for 30 days.
Who else handles it
- Stripe: payments. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach us.
- Amazon Web Services (Frankfurt): the capture servers, storage and logs.
- Vercel: this website, which logs incoming requests as any web server does.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete it. Billing records are kept for as long as the law requires. Cancelling is in the billing portal.
